Qualifications
- 7-10 years of product management and healthcare informatics experience.
- Deep Epic expertise with hands-on configuration or management.
- Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
- Strong leadership and collaboration in a matrix environment.
- Data-driven mindset translating analytics into product value.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the organization.
- Owns full lifecycle from ideation through prototyping, build, testing, and go-live.
- Create features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and project plans.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
- Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
- Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for releases.
- Recruit, hire, and develop product and informatics talent.
