Job summary

Riverside Health System is seeking an Associate iCare Applications Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and upgrade of Epic applications. You will analyze current and future state workflows, ensuring seamless integration between clinical practice and Epic modules.

The role requires rotating 24/7 on-call support and coordination across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include building and optimizing Epic applications, documenting processes, and providing technical and clinical

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree or technical license in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, Clinical Information Systems, Informatics, Information Technology or related fields preferred.
Epic certification within 180 days of hire is required.
Epic experience as an end user, credentialed trainer, or operations super user preferred.
On-call coverage and downtime support are part of the role.
Ability to travel to Riverside Health System locations within the RHS network.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize one Epic application.
Investigate and document current and future state processes for successful Epic integration.
Develop knowledge of the Epic application and provide clinical/operational advice in design, testing, and implementation.
Coordinate issues across the project lifecycle and provide long-term support.
Participate in system configuration and implementation, including maintenance and change management.
Gather end-user feedback, analyze, and implement suitable workflow and process improvements.
Develop report specifications with report writers to meet operational and regulatory reporting needs.
