Riverside Health in Newport News, VA, is seeking an Associate iCare Applications Analyst to help develop, maintain, and upgrade Epic applications. You will analyze current processes, translate clinical and business needs into EMR functionality, and coordinate issue resolution with a cross-functional team.

The role requires 2 years in healthcare, Epic experience or certification within 180 days, on-call support, and willingness to travel within RHS locations.

Formación

• 2 years in Healthcare, preferably in a complex network or IDN environment.
• Epic certification or proficiency in primary Epic area within 180 days of hire.
• On-call coverage and downtime support experience.
• Ability to travel within RHS network locations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with development, maintenance, and upgrade of Epic applications.
• Investigate and document current and future state processes for proper integration.
• Provide technical and clinical operational advice in design and implementation.
• Coordinate issues across project lifecycle and support ongoing maintenance.
• Develop reports and ensure federal/regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• Gather end-user feedback and implement suitable workflow solutions.
