Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years relevant IT/Revenue Cycle experience without a degree accepted.
• Epic Hospital Billing experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Epic master files, configuration, and their relationships.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts of configuration changes.
• Support Epic Hospital Billing workflows and related Revenue Cycle functions.
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot by examining configuration, data, and behavior.
• Test changes to ensure correct outcomes and minimize impact.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and IT teams on end‑to‑end workflows.
• Maintain documentation and follow change governance.
