Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support, build and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, collaborating with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and informatics teams.

Requirements include Epic Healthy Planet Certification and 5+ years with a degree (or 7+ years without), plus familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS and risk adjustment, and experience with EpicCare Ambulatory/Reporting

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with application build experience.
• Experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer modules.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support, build and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configurations.
• Partner with care managers, clinical/operations leadership and informatics teams to standardize solutions.
• Oversee quarterly update process and participate in project work with cross-functional teams.
• Support Sentara's Epic best practices to benefit patients and providers.
