Job summary

AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL seeks a systems analyst to maintain Epic and related clinical/business systems supporting patient care. You will design, build, test, train, and implement workflows with clinicians and end users, documenting processes and evolving workflows for new solutions.

Strong communication and rapid learning are essential; on-call support is required. Qualifications include EPIC Healthy Planet Certification, 3+ years in IT/healthcare, and an associate (required) or

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in IT, CS, Healthcare, or related field.
• EPIC Healthy Planet Certification required.
• 3+ years in information technology, healthcare, or professional roles; 5+ in clinical/technical work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical and business systems to support patient care delivery.
• Design, build, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain Epic and other systems.
• Document workflows and develop future workflows with physicians and end users.
• Provide on-call support in a 24/7 production environment and communicate status to stakeholders.
