AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking an Epic Analyst to support patient care with clinical and business systems. You will design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic modules while aligning workflows with physician and end-user needs.

The role requires Epic certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months), strong Microsoft Office skills, and clear communication of complex concepts. Remote work with some travel is possible.

• Epic Certification required or able to obtain within 3 months.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical/technical workflow.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical and business systems to support patient care delivery.
• Design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic and related systems.
• Document workflows and develop future workflows for new solutions or functionality.
• Collaborate with physicians and end users to gather requirements.
• Lead in developing electronic documentation solutions supporting clinical workflow.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and test materials for end-to-end workflow testing.
• Participate in projects and report status, milestones and barriers to management.
• Provide guidance and act as a resource for other analysts and project staff.
• Remote work with 0-25% travel; Epic certification required.
