Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst specializing in the Healthy Planet module to join our Epic Healthy Planet application team. The candidate will support Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose while contributing to design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet.

The role requires Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and at least 3 years of healthcare operations experience or 5 years without a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 3 years in healthcare ops or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification in specific area within 90 days of training.
• Working knowledge of assigned department areas.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Serve as a business partner with service lines and departments.
• Mentor analysts and manage complex projects.
• Provide Epic security, on-call support, and updates.
• Follow Emory IS project management protocol.
• Maintain documentation and training for new versions.
