Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IS, or healthcare)
• Experience in a clinical or technical environment is preferred
• EPIC or EMR implementation experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians and end users to design, build, test, train, and implement Epic and related systems
• Analyze workflows and performance gaps; develop future workflows during implementations
• Forecast risks and guide strategic decisions; secure leadership approval for high-risk issues
• Create strategic documents and presentations; support planning and decision-making across teams
