CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR and related clinical informatics products. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate business and patient needs into detailed requirements.

Success requires deep Epic expertise, user-centered design, and agile methods to drive adoption, quality and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep Epic expertise including hands-on experience with Epic modules and tools.
• Experience delivering complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Ability to translate clinical and business needs into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Owns lifecycle from ideation through prototyping, build, testing, and go-live including vendor evaluations.
• Creates features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translates informatics goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with objectives and OKRs.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile delivery.
• Maintains risk and issue logs with escalation and resolution paths.
• Delivers executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
