Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead Epic EHR and informatics products across the enterprise. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
You will apply Epic expertise, user-centered design, and agile methods to improve adoption, safety, and healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in product management or healthcare informatics.
- Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience.
- Ability to deliver complex healthcare tech projects on time.
- Strong leadership and collaboration in a matrix org.
- Data-driven approach with analytics collaboration.
- Strong change management and user adoption skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions.
- Own full lifecycle from ideation to go-live and vendor options.
- Create features and workflows from clinical insights and CX needs.
- Translate goals into actionable requirements and project plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on status and risks.
- Support training and change management for releases.
- Participate in recruiting and talent development.
