• 7-10 years in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT product/project management.
• Epic expertise: hands-on managing/configuring Epic modules/tools within enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven Leader: capable of driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
• Highly Collaborative: excels with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Data-Driven Mindset: uses data to measure product impact with analytics teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational landscape.
• Owns full product lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor buy vs build decisions.
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate strategic informatics goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to build a product vision aligned with OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile sprints.
• Maintain risk/issue logs and implement escalation/resolution pathways.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and lead effective meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status and risks; foster stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation reviews.
• Collaborate with training/change management teams to support readiness and adoption.
• Support domain leaders in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent.
