Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience managing Epic software, modules, and tools.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate resources in a matrixed environment.

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational landscapes.
• Owns full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Creates features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.

• Partners with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with organizational objectives.
• Coordinates with engineering and data teams in an agile development process.
• Develops risk logs and mitigates issues across technical and operational domains.
