Zusammenfassung

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into requirements.

You will apply Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methodologies to drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives to improve healthcare delivery for our patients.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of product management or health IT experience.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic modules.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader capable of driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Data-driven mindset to measure product impact with analytics teams.

Aufgaben

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the organization.
• Own the full lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go-live, including build-vs-buy decisions.
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate goals into actionable requirements and project plans with clear milestones.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align with objectives and OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile development.
• Develop risk and issue logs with escalation and resolution pathways.
• Deliver executive-level status reports on risks, decisions, and progress.
