• 7–10 years of product management and healthcare informatics experience.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software in a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience translating clinical and business needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions.
• Own full product lifecycle from ideation to go-live; evaluate buy vs build options.
• Create features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Define execution pathways and project plans with milestones.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and operational teams to build a product vision and translate use cases into strategy.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile development.
• Develop and maintain risk and issue logs with escalation paths.
• Ensure workstream integration across clinical, technical, and operational groups.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on product status and risks.
• Support training and change management for Epics releases.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product talent.
