• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages analysts that support and optimize Health Plan applications and resources.
• Maintains application functionality and performance using IS methodologies.
• Partners with business leaders to understand problems and recommend IT solutions.
• Prioritizes and aligns resources for requested changes to applications.
• Manages software updates and ensures naming/ numbering standardization.
• Manages business relationships among end users, third parties and Epic teams.
