Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct experience in a Systems Analyst role.
• Epic Benefits, Claims and Contracts certifications highly preferred.
• Epic certification is required within 9 months of employment, including 2 test retakes.

Responsibilities

• Modify applications as needed to meet user requirements.
• Define and develop reports.
• Participate in application upgrades.
• Resolve problems and issues with installed applications and related IT.
• Diagnose failures in application software and related technologies.
• Ensure quality control of all application implementations/enhancements prior to release to customers.
• Maintain awareness of vendor and industry developments relevant to responsibilities.
• Document all relevant items and activities.
