Responsibilities

• Manages support, issues, application configuration, workflows, data conversions, data validation, reports etc.
• The Manager partners with business leaders and supports and analyzes business operations during for technical requirements and design decisions.
• Works closely with Business Leaders to understand business problems and opportunities with eye for technology approaches and collaborates with other IT leaders to recommend IT systems solutions to support the business strategy.
• Prioritizes and aligns resources for requested changes to applications.
• Manages software updates.
• Ensures system standardization of naming and numbering conventions.
• Manages the business relationships among end users, third parties and Epic teams including communications, facilitation, and escalation.
• Staff Management responsibility providing leadership direction and support for the team.
