Job summary

Cook Children’s in Fort Worth is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacy Applications Manager to lead analysts and optimize Epic Pharmacy applications, ensuring performance and reliable workflows within established methodologies.

You will manage configurations, data conversions, reports, and collaborate with end users, vendors, and the Epic implementation team to deliver projects on time and within budget, with strong cross-functional coordination and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Texas pharmacist license or eligibility.
1–2 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
At least 3 years in healthcare pharmacy operations with workflow experience.

Responsibilities

Manages analysts for Epic applications and resources.
Supports and optimizes Epic Pharmacy apps; configuration, workflows, data conversions, and reports.
Prioritizes requested changes and manages software updates.
Maintains standard naming/numbering conventions and strong vendor/end-user relationships.
