Teceze is seeking IT Deployment / Desktop Support professionals for an Epic Go-Live project in the United States. The role focuses on deploying and validating IT devices, set-up of workstations, printers, and WOWs, and providing hands-on support during the go-live window.

Ideal candidates have deskside or field support experience, basic network troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with healthcare IT environments. Epic deployment experience is a plus and post-go-live hypercare is expected.

Competenze

Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
Workstation and peripheral configuration.
Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred.
Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience a plus.
Hypercare/post-go-live support experience a plus.

Mansioni

Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical/IT devices.
Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
