Job summary

Teceze is seeking IT Deployment / Desktop Support professionals to support an Epic Go-Live project in a healthcare setting. You will deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals, and provide hands-on support during the go-live period.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, printers, scanners, WOWs, and network connectivity, performing post-deployment stabilization, and coordinating with project teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and other clinical/IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
