Job summary

Teceze is seeking Desktop Support/IT Deployment professionals to support an Epic Go-Live project in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and validating IT devices, and providing hands-on support during the go-live period.

Ideal candidates have deskside or field support experience, basic network troubleshooting, and familiarity with printers, scanners, and WOW devices. Prior Epic go-live experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in desktop, deskside or field support for healthcare IT environments.
Installing and troubleshooting workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs and related peripherals.
Experience in basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
Healthcare/hospital IT exposure is preferred.
Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience is a plus.
Hypercare/post-go-live support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical/IT devices.
Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
