Job summary

Fitness Connection in Webster, TX is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Teammate to greet members, check them in, and provide outstanding hospitality. You will assist guests, answer calls, and direct inquiries while promoting product offerings at the ProShop.

The role emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere and teamwork within a fast-paced club. The position requires basic English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in Members and Guests with EPIC hospitality.
• Register guests and manage gym check-in procedures.
• Answer phone with proper Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant promptly.
• Maintain front desk as a communication hub for members and teammates.
• Promote and sell drinks, bars, supplements and merchandise.
• Meet daily and monthly pro shop goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
