Job summary

Fitness Connection in Arlington, Texas, is seeking a Front Desk teammate to deliver EPIC greetings and warm welcomes to Members and Guests. You will check in members, register guests, answer phones, and route inquiries to the right team.

As part of the Front Desk and ProShop teams, you will help stock merchandise, process transactions at the POS, and keep the front area clean and organized throughout shifts. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality/customer service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and a genuine farewell.
• Check members in using proper procedures; register guests.
• Answer telephone promptly with proper Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route inquiries to appropriate staff; direct to Fitness Consultants.
• Maintain ProShop area; stock and organize retail items; operate POS and handle cash.
• Support opening/closing duties and perform regular club cleaning.
• Report incidents promptly and keep an organized front desk area.
