Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate in Grand Prairie, TX for a part-time role. You will greet members and guests, manage check-ins, registrations, and phone inquiries while delivering exceptional hospitality and service to ensure every member feels welcome and valued.

You will work as part of a team, use the POS system, and align with club policies. Training through EPIC and ongoing development will support your growth in customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must interpret contracts and pricing information clearly.
• Teammates must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check members in using proper procedures and register guests.
• Answer phones promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and entryway.
• Support opening and closing duties and club cleanliness.
