Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Education/experience in education, instructional design or clinical field preferred.
• Experience with EMR training or healthcare IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide successful training to a diversified audience on HFHS EPIC implementation.
• Complete credentialing program including five-week training, competency checks, teach-backs, and presentation before review panel.
• Support flexible work hours to meet user needs and shifts may include weekends.
