Job summary

County of Riverside’s Information Services Department seeks a Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training and end-user support across RUHS facilities. The role emphasizes on-site instruction, material development, and collaboration with clinicians to improve EHR workflows.

You will coordinate Epic Champion communications, assist with go-live support, and travel to multiple RUHS locations to provide elbow-to-elbow training and on-site end-user assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic in ambulatory/outpatient healthcare settings.
• Ability to design and deliver classroom training for diverse staff.
• Experience developing training materials and tip sheets for Epic users.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on training on the EHR/EPIC system.
• Develop and maintain EPIC training materials and tip sheets.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support go-live implementations.
