Job summary

A healthcare organization in Texas is seeking a Credentialed Trainer I to facilitate training and support for end users of their electronic health records system. The role requires a high school diploma and experience in education, preferably in healthcare. The selected candidate will work closely with Principal Trainers and ensure users are properly trained, organized, and supported. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• One+ year experience in education, preferably healthcare.
• Experience with adult learners and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach classes for the electronic health record implementation.
• Collaborate with end users and Principal Trainers for support.
• Prepare classrooms and maintain accurate online learning modules.
