Job summary

Children’s Minnesota seeks an Epic Informatics Trainer to deliver training and education for Epic EHR users across clinical and operational teams. The role emphasizes tailoring training with Epic materials to improve workflows, navigation, and best practices in daily care delivery.

Collaborate with clinical and IT colleagues to ensure end users are confident and proficient. Remote opportunity for MN or WI residents with established certification readiness requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field, informatics, education, or information technology.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with EHR systems in an informatics, IT, or training capacity.
• Experience facilitating training for clinical and/or non-clinical staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training and education for Epic EHR users across clinical and operational teams.
• Tailor Epic-led training using existing materials and ensure users understand workflows, navigation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, Epic Informatics, and ITS teams to ensure proficient end-user use.
