AltaMed Health Services in Commerce, CA seeks an EPIC Trainer I to empower clinicians and staff with training on EHR, CRM, ININ, and related systems.

You will validate workflows, develop training materials, deliver end-user sessions, and support go-live activities, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for professional growth.

The role requires Epic training experience and strong communication in a health care environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years implementing Electronic Health Records in a large healthcare organization.
• Minimum 1 year in performance improvement, project management, or program management.
• Previous Epic training and certification experience.
• 1 year of technical Epic training for clinicians and staff.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare/IT or related field.
• 1 year of program/project management experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in education/training roles.
• Experience rolling out complex training programs to large populations preferred.

Mansioni

• Train end users on AltaMed’s technical/clinical systems (EHR, CRM, ININ, etc.).
• Validate workflows and update training materials for software upgrades.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and job aids; support go-lives.
• Collaborate on special projects with Training Manager and PT.
• Provide 1-1 end-user support in clinics and healthcare settings.
