Job summary

Children's Minnesota is seeking an Epic Informatics Trainer to educate and support users of the Epic EHR system across the organization. The role focuses on delivering engaging training sessions and providing practical guidance to clinicians and staff to improve workflows and system proficiency.

You will collaborate with the Epic Informatics and ITS teams, adapt content for diverse audiences, and ensure learners gain confidence with navigation, reporting, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, informatics, education, or IT.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with EHR systems in informatics, IT, or training.
• Experience delivering training to clinical and non-clinical staff preferred.
