Formación

• One year of direct supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience with Epic EHR system and interfaces with labs.
• Ability to develop training and change management plans.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, contracting, and regulatory compliance in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor Epic Functional Analyst teams.
• Coordinate Epic project planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee daily operations of Public Health’s Epic EHR.
• Lead training development for Epic users and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with vendor contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with KCIT and other stakeholders.
