Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA seeks a healthcare IT professional to support Epic EHR and related systems. You will assist in development, optimization, and long-term support, tailoring workflows to EvergreenHealth needs and leading small to mid-size projects with minimal oversight.

The role emphasizes application configuration, testing, and collaboration with end users, with opportunities for on-call hours and professional growth within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare IT experience.
• Experience with 1 or more Epic go-lives; Epic certification within 3 months of hire.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills in healthcare IT.
• Ability to learn new vendor applications quickly and tailor systems to user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research, configure, modify moderately complex information systems.
• Design, configure, test, debug, document and maintain programs/applications.
• Coordinate testing phases of applications during implementations and upgrades.
• Lead or participate in testing and issue tracking; ensure go-live readiness.
• Provide on-call support for critical applications outside standard hours.
• Develop project management tools and maintain strong end-user relationships.
