Job summary

OCHIN is a nonprofit health care innovator hiring an Integrated Lab Supervisor to lead a team of Epic analysts on the Lab and Imaging Ancillary Team. This role manages projects, provides regular feedback, and mentors staff to continually improve service quality across members.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, Epic certifications, and extensive experience with Epic EHR. The role supports a fully remote work model with travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant, Ambulatory/ Ambulatory Orders/ Interfaces with 1 year of supervisory experience being highly desirable.
• Must have extensive experience working in Epic EHR
• Required certification Epic Orders/Epic Ambulatory/Epic Bridges Interfaces Variation
• Extensive experience working in Epic Ambulatory/ Orders/ Interfaces is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic analysts team, guiding projects and performance management.
• Manage member relationships and support realistic, actionable workflows.
• Develop learning deliverables and coordinate go-live and coverage for new sites and expansions.
• Review and support improvements to processes and ticket/resolution workflows.
• Mentor and train less experienced analysts and ensure SLA adherence.
