Cook Hospital & Care Center in Minnesota is seeking an Epic Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The role supports the Epic EHR deployment, maintenance, and ongoing development, working with clinical, administrative, financial, and technical teams.

The right candidate will have a bachelor's degree in CS/IS/healthcare and 3 years healthcare experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience and understanding of clinical workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and development of Epic EHR and related applications.
• Analyze workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with testing and implementations.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, financial, and technical teams to drive improvements.
• Help staff effectively utilize Epic and related information systems.
