Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, Minnesota seeks a Senior Clinical Application Analyst to optimize electronic medical record, revenue cycle, and financial systems within a rural critical access hospital.

The role partners with clinical, operational, financial, vendor, and IT teams to design, configure, test, and support applications, lead projects, and mentor others while ensuring patient safety, privacy, and business continuity.

Formación

• Four-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years in healthcare, clinical systems, revenue cycle, IT, or application support.
• Clinical systems experience preferred; Epic experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel between Riverwood locations as needed.
• Availability for after-hours during upgrades and go-live events.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize clinical, revenue cycle, and financial applications.
• Lead smaller projects and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Mentor or support less experienced analysts as applicable.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, vendor, and IT teams to ensure patient safety and continuity.
