Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide the design, configuration, development, and optimization of Epic EHR solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains.

This role provides technical and functional leadership for Epic application development, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years of Epic EHR experience with hands-on build and configuration.
Experience leading Epic projects or large-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams.
Oversee Epic integration projects (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and upgrades.
Define Epic development standards, guidelines, and governance processes.
Collaborate with clinicians and IT leadership to align development with strategy.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission requirements.
