Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution for Epic-based solutions. You will own the lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into requirements.

You will apply Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to improve adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives and ultimately enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant experience in product management or healthcare informatics.
Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience with Epic software and modules.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Strong leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset to measure product impact and drive adoption.
Experience in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
Owns full lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
Creates features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Translates goals into actionable requirements and project plans with milestones.
Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to define value and strategy.
Coordinates with engineering, data science, and architecture in agile cycles.
Develops risk logs and mitigation plans across domains.
Delivers executive-level reporting on status and decisions.
