Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT project management.
• Deep Epic expertise, including hands‑on experience managing, configuring, or overseeing Epic software within a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader with the ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, shaping product requirements and roadmaps.
• Owns the full lifecycle for Epic‑based tools, from ideation to go‑live, including vendor assessments.
• Creates features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translates strategic goals into actionable product plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Partner with clinical, business, and operational teams to define value and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile setting.
• Maintain risk and issue logs with clear escalation paths.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
