Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain and Revenue Cycle Management strategy. You will own product requirements spanning CDI, coding, billing, collections, and analytics to optimize end-to-end clinical workflows.

Collaborating with business and engineering leaders, you will align roadmaps with OKRs, drive user-centered design, and ensure high-quality, safe healthcare products. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections
7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management/healthcare informatics
Proven leader with ability to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and strategic direction for your Epic Domain and align with senior leaders
Define the product roadmap, oversee backlog management, and develop business cases for initiatives
Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products
Collaborate with design to create intuitive products and document detailed requirements
Define and manage launches, training materials, and end-user documentation
Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions
Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments
Support readiness and adoption through change management partnerships
Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent in a fast-paced environment
