Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain, owning strategy, discovery, configuration, and delivery of Epic-based solutions. You will collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into product requirements, drive adoption, and ensure safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

The role emphasizes agile development, stakeholder alignment, and driving business outcomes through Epic expertise and strong execution.

Qualifications

7-10 years in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT projects.
Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience configuring or managing Epic software.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare tech projects on time and within scope.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic decision-making.
Data-driven mindset and ability to translate analytics into product impact.
Experience with change management and driving user adoption of clinical tech.

Responsibilities

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the lifecycle.
Translate clinical and CX needs into actionable Epic product requirements.
Define execution plans with milestones and dependencies across teams.
Partner with business, clinical, and operations teams to align on vision and OKRs.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture in agile environments.
Maintain risk logs and ensure escalation pathways are clear.
Lead cross-functional meetings with agendas, follow-ups and accountability.
Deliver executive-level status reports on risks and decisions.
