Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide design, configuration, and optimization across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle areas. You will lead teams, align with clinical workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering scalable Epic solutions.

You will partner with clinicians, informatics, and IT leadership to drive roadmap, governance, and high-quality integrations. A strong focus on patient care improvements and system reliability will define success in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration.
3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules.
Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations.
Experience leading complex Epic projects or large-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams.
Serve as primary technical and functional escalation point for Epic development issues.
Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
Partner with Informatics and IT leadership to align Epic development with strategy.
Oversee Epic integrations, upgrades, and performance improvements.
Translate clinical needs into technical Epic solutions and oversee go-lives.
