Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a Senior Epic EHR Leader to guide development, optimization, and support of the Epic EHR platform across our enterprise. You will oversee build, configuration, testing, upgrades, and release cycles using Sherlock, Nova, and Orion, ensuring reliable, secure Epic functionality aligned with organizational goals.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate workload planning, and partner with IS&T and operations to set priorities and improve clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Epic EHR development and operations in large healthcare settings.
• Hands‑on participation in lifecycle activities: design, build, testing, implementation, support.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining Epic and other applications.
• Lead Epic upgrades and implementations ensuring adherence to standards and priorities.
• Collaborate with IS&T and operations to resolve issues and improve reliability.
