Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University seeks an experienced Epic EHR Lead to direct development, optimization, and support of the Epic platform within an enterprise environment. You will oversee builds, configurations, testing, upgrades, and release cycles with Epic tools and frameworks, guiding analysts in workload planning and performance development.

You will collaborate with operational leaders to set priorities, ensure reliable EHR operations, and reinforce best practices across integration efforts

Qualifications

3 years leadership experience or equivalent in project management or supervision.
Epic applications development, support, and maintenance experience, including lifecycle participation.
EPIC Certification - Epic Systems required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Guide teams in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining Epic and related applications.
Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Epic enhancements and upgrades.
Coordinate with IS&T and operations to align work with strategic plans.
Provide mentorship and review designs for security and scalability across applications.
Oversee vendor management, implementations, and ongoing maintenance.
