Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. seeks an experienced Epic Platform Lead to direct development, optimization, and ongoing support of the Epic EHR across an enterprise environment.

You will guide analysts, coordinate with IS&T and clinical operations, and oversee upgrades, configurations, and release cycles to ensure secure, reliable Epic functionality aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications

• Minimum three years leadership experience or equivalent responsibility in project management or healthcare IT leadership.
• Epic certifications required upon hire and hands-on Epic development/support experience.
• Experience with Epic platform integration and cross-functional collaboration in a large hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams supporting and maintaining Epic and related applications across clinical and operational domains.
• Oversee design, configuration, and implementation of Epic enhancements and upgrades per standards.
• Coordinate with IS&T and operations to resolve issues and drive risk reduction and reliability.
