Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks an experienced IT/Healthcare Systems Analyst to support identifying optimal technical solutions and integrating them with existing systems. You will prepare work plans for upgrades, configure environments, and evaluate workflows to resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities include developing specifications, testing scenarios, and assisting in resource estimation to ensure timely task completion. EPIC certification is expected upon hire.

Qualifications

1 year EHR build, implementation and support experience.
4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare.
EPIC Certification - upon hire.

Responsibilities

Identify optimal technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with systems.
Prepare work plans for system upgrades and testing.
Configure, implement, and maintain technical environments.
Evaluate workflows and resolve operational issues.
Develop clear specifications and documentation.
Plan and execute comprehensive test scenarios.
Assist in developing technology standards.
Assist in estimating resources and meeting deadlines.
Complete tasks by due date or document variances.
