Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Epic EHR leader to orchestrate development, optimization, and support for Epic within a large enterprise environment. You will oversee build, configuration, testing, upgrades, and release cycles using Sherlock, Nova, and Orion to ensure reliable, secure Epic functionality aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership experience or 3 years Epic applications development experience
• Experience in Epic applications development, support, and maintenance
• 4 years progressive experience in Information Services or related healthcare IS

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining Epic and other applications.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Epic enhancements and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and perform targeted improvements.
• Mentor analysts and reinforce Epic design and build standards across integration efforts.
