Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a strategic leader to oversee the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and related clinical applications. You will align the application strategy with organizational goals to optimize clinical workflows, provider experience, and patient outcomes across the health system.

Partners with senior clinical and operational leaders to define requirements and drive adoption of compliant, interoperable technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of implementation and support experience in Information Services.
• Experience with large-scale implementations/upgrades and project budgeting.
• Information Services and/or healthcare operations experience.
• Project management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience with integrated systems architecture and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epic EMR implementation projects and governance.
• Develop business cases and RFPs/RFIs; define deliverables and schedules.
• Define requirements, objectives, resources, and project timelines.
• Manage scope, change, risk, communications; escalate issues as needed.
• Lead the project team in a matrix organization for healthcare operations.
• Ensure outcomes meet goals and quality standards; advocate for change.
• Grow and develop staff at multiple levels within the team.
