Prisma Health is seeking a senior IS analyst lead to analyze clinical, business and technical processes, develop system recommendations, and manage Epic modules. You will mentor analysts and coordinate module implementations, with a focus on delivering cost-effective, compliant solutions that meet user needs.

The role requires Epic experience and certification, strong communication, and the ability to drive projects from planning through deployment in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences or related field.
• Five (5) years of EPIC or integrated EMR experience in healthcare IT.
• Epic certification in assigned Epic application discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred; alternative pathways with related experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Lead analysis of clinical, business and technical processes to develop recommendations.
• Coordinate Epic module implementation, upgrades and post-implementation activities.
• Mentor and supervise junior I/S analysts and ensure project timelines.
• Maintain strong customer relations and act as liaison between departments and Prisma Health IS.
