Prime Healthcare is seeking an EHR Lead Application Analyst to provide technical and functional leadership for Epic EHR applications across the organization. You will translate complex clinical and business requirements into scalable, reliable EHR solutions and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure secure operations.

You will mentor application analysts, manage deliverables, drive project milestones, and travel up to 50% to support multi-site deployments in a large healthcare

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading, supporting, configuring, implementing, or optimizing Epic EHR applications in a large healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of Epic application configuration, clinical/operational workflows, testing, change management, release management, and production support.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Epic implementations or multi-site healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic EHR applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to application analysts and project team members; coordinate team activities.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to support deployments and operations.
